KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Learning Business Advisor to join our Audit Learning & Development (L&D) organization.Responsibilities:
Build trusted advisor relationships by developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support L&D performance consulting projects, ensuring stakeholder buy-in for L&D measurement and evaluation frameworks and results
Partner with the L&D leadership team, Business Learning Advisors, Learning Path Managers, Learning Experience Design team, and Curriculum Partners to integrate M&E plans and results throughout the L&D process lifecycle
Influence client buy-in: Identify opportunities to integrate L&D measurement techniques with broader client driven monitoring activities and ensure continuous alignment with stakeholders on shared outcomes
Manage service delivery and oversee the development and execution of learning measurement, needs analysis, and program evaluation plans using standardized toolkits, including frameworks, templates, scorecards, rubrics, and guidance
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the M&E team, ensuring adherence to quality control requirements and optimizing service delivery efficiency
Oversee use of business intelligence tools and techniques; supervise the use of business intelligence tools (AI, Alteryx, PowerBI, SQL, Excel) by the M&E team to analyze and report learning outcomes, offering insights for continuous improvement
Recommend outcome-oriented solutions and utilize stakeholder relationship skills and knowledge of standardized measurement toolkits to assist with performance consulting services, proposing learning solutions linked to business and performance outcomesQualifications:
Minimum ten years of recent professional services experience, preferably in Audit or related field with a minimum of eight years focused on stakeholder or client relationship development with a focus on influencing stakeholder buy-in to ideas, concepts, data, results or recommendations; or learning and development with focus on instructional design, performance consulting, performance improvement and measurement skills, including experience using a suite of business intelligence tools and applications for data and analytics (for example, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, SQL, R, Python, AI) preferably with a large organization
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field a plus (D&A, data science, statistics, educational research/measurement, psychometrics, adult learning, instructional technology, instructional design, and more); Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in accounting or auditing will be considered if other related field skills and experience requirements are met
Demonstrated ability to successfully translate and communicate technical results to stakeholders to support stakeholder understanding and decision making
Proven leadership skills and experience leading, managing, and coaching direct reports
Track record of the ability to successfully translate program goals, opportunity statements, problem statements into needs analysis and/or program evaluation plans
Experience with financial statement audit, attestation or assurance services preferred
