Job Description
Customer Service Department Hours: 7AM-8PM; Monday – Friday (2 shifts 7am-330pm, 1130am-8pm, 1/2hr lunch)
Pay: $21.20 Hourly
Customer Service Representative Description:
Provide customer service to building tenants; create work orders based on provided information; contact with vendors for quotes and updates; provide task support requested by Facilities managers
Customer Service Representative Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Processes orders
· Prepares correspondence
· Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
· Answer Phones
· Create Work Orders
· North Tank Farm Fuel Ordering & Tracking
· Stock Quote Requests
· Past Due Orders
· Producing Videos
· Special Request
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED.
· Pursuing college degree (Bachelors or Masters) with a Business, Environmental, or Engineering discipline.
· Some Customer Service experience, preferably in call center / facility administration to support facility management, building maintenance and housekeeping operations.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Must have proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, PPT) and Outlook
· Database experience helpful.
· Strong interpersonal/people skills are needed.
· Experience interacting with skilled trades, housekeeping and union personnel preferred, as well as Executive Management.
· Schedule with flexibility (8-10 hours a day; no weekends/Holidays).
· Must be able to lift 20lbs, walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
· Must have a valid driver's license
