The Sr. Business Analyst, ecommerce and Customer Experience candidate will function as the connection point between Dematic's customers, the CS parts team, Marketing team, and IT business and development partners to stimulate market growth of our ecommerce and digital platforms, with a main focus on revenue generation and an enhanced customer experience.

Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
Drive ecommerce strategy for Spare Parts and Repairs business
Analyze website data to optimize online marketing strategies
Identify customer buying patterns and market requirements, and develop arguments for specific improvements
Build reports and dashboards that convey insights and recommendations to collaborators
Supervise and tackle ecommerce functionality issues as needed
Develop and implement market adaptation plan including customer training, marketing campaigns etc
Serve as the functional owner and marketing technologist on web-related project initiatives
Collaborate with partners to increase ecommerce traffic, sales, improve conversion, improve profitability and optimize online product information
Find opportunities for process improvements
Assist and provide the required Ad Hoc reporting
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is helpful
5-8 years of successful experience in ecommerce with global markets and/or customer value creation
Demonstrable ability to translate business concepts into technical requirements
Experience in inside sales and designing and implementing test plans
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven organizational, project and time management skills, including the ability to optimally meet changing priorities and deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving skills are meaningful
Solid grasp of B2B & B2C ecommerce applications; experience with SAP, SAP Hybris, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Ariba a plus
Solid understanding of Information Technology systems including ERPs, CRMs, BI & Integration platforms. Web Analytics, A/B testing, Audience Targeting
Experience with Confluence or Jira is a plus!
