Optimization of lanes to the customers to provide savings and reduce CO2 emissions. Mastery of Continuous Improvement Roadmap process. Manage RFQ (Request for quote) and pricing. Provide and maintain a rate card for US and Mexico lanes to the customers. Addressing and resolving client complaints. Maintain customer facing and growth responsibility on department top accounts.
Travel to Mexico required 50%
Bachelor’s degree, business/management or a related field or the equivalent based upon a valid credentials evaluation and two years of experience as Account Manager.
