Job Description
As a Project Manager at ConveyX Solutions, LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This position is a remote work opportunity, but applicants located in Northeastern Michigan will have preference. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proposal Development:
- Identify team of internal resources.
- Work within a team to develop proposals, including Gantt charts, vendor quotes, and project budget estimates.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings.
- Overall Project Management:
- Facilitate project meetings with customers.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of active projects, including budget, communication, negotiations, and functional testing.
- Create and manage project data files, including schedules, quotes, and contact information.
- Submit all required documentation and drawings.
- Vendor Relations:
- Review project needs of vendors to ensure efficiency.
- Vet potential vendors and negotiate quotes and invoices.
- Evaluate vendor performance.
- Customer Relations:
- Understand customer requirements for projects.
- Manage security and safety documentation.
- Discuss changes with the team to identify options for solutions.
Skills
