Key Responsibilities: * Assist guests with bike rentals, ensuring proper fit and safety. * Operate cash registers, handle payments, and process transactions accurately. * Maintain inventory and organize the shop for an inviting guest experience. * Promote additional hotel amenities, dining, and activities. * Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest inquiries promptly. * Ensure the shop is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times. * Help with opening/closing duties and participate in team meetings. * Monitor and report unsafe conditions or inventory needs. Qualifications * Previous cash handling experience preferred. * Basic math skills (7th/8th grade level). * Effective communication and customer service skills. * Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. * Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. * Passion for biking and outdoor recreation a plus!
