Your role as a Vice President of Marketing
As the Vice President of Marketing at Zeal Credit Union, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals and mission. You should be an effective division leader with experience in personnel management, budget development, and bottom-line performance. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans with strong evidence of growth over average.
- Hands-on experience with branding, project management, product development, digital and traditional marketing, printing and production.
- Experience as a division leader, having responsibility for planning, personnel management, budget development and bottom-line performance.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build innovative strategies combined with tactical ability to execute.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an environment of multiple and shifting priorities, high urgency, and tight deadlines. Ability to analyze, decide, and act quickly.
