Driftwood Motel Restaurant and Sports Bar is looking for an all-around mainenancr worker to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Inspects the buidlings, grounds and equipment.
Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
Installs equipment and appliances.
Keeps a maintenance log.
Reports any issues to the Managers.
Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Follows written and verbal instructions from management.
Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools and plumbing tools.
Work Hours
Monday -- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Weekends on call (Varies)
Qualifications and Skills
Handles the physical demand of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing and lifting at least 50 pounds.
Communicates effectively.
Collaborates with Managers in different departments.
Must have a driver's license
