KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Market Intelligence to join our Growth & Strategy organization.Responsibilities:
Lead market intelligence projects to support the US Chief Strategy Officer agenda; operate with urgency and accuracy to effectively support KPMG's senior leadership
Provide data driven, actionable insights that enable leadership decisions, and strategy at the firm, function, and sector levels; mine a global network of internal and external sources to identify signals, patterns, threats and opportunities for KPMG to prioritize operational and strategic decisions
Deliver against a recurring pipeline of projects to inform strategy and investment decisions, emerging technologies, and industry macrotrends; communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including the US Board of Directors, Strategic Planning leaders, Service Line leaders, and U.S. Sector leaders
Leverage excellent project management skills to balance multiple projects at a given time ranging from market expansion, trend deep-dives, go-to-market (GTM) partnerships, new product launches, and more
Contribute domain expertise and track key trends (such as enterprise AI adoption) to keep U.S. senior leadership informed of market signalsQualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent experience in management consulting/strategy or corporate innovation, new product/service development, or market research
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business and/or quantitative related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university (such as Master of Business Administration) from an accredited college/university is preferred
Proven ability to lead dynamic projects, including strong project management, research, communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to work with and lead discussions with senior leaders
Verified ability to leverage data analysis techniques and tools to discern market patterns and generate actionable insights; broad strategic thinker with an interest, and ability to work with a dynamic team across a wide range of technology, policy, social and economic issues
Strong ability to manage competing priorities; self-starter with initiative, comfort with ambiguity and interest in being part of a fast paced, high impact team
Client service experience strongly preferred with a willingness and ability to travel up to ten percent
