Position Summary:
As a Senior Category Manager for Global Biologics Raw Materials , you will be part of a team of Senior Category Managers responsible for developing the global category strategy across our global manufacturing network.
As part of this strategy work you will identify and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize bioproduction raw materials expenditures, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives across multiple regions and business units. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with key stakeholders, and leverage market insights to drive value and excellence in bioproduction raw materials procurement on a global scale.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for contract execution/management to support Bio-production Raw Materials & Technologies category strategy.
Coordinating Supplier Risk Management & Value Beyond Savings initiatives for the category
Lead Zoetis' Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Governance activities within Global Manufacturing & Supply Procurement
Provides support to Biologics sites to improve supplier performance via a structured Supplier Relationship Management program
