Develops, implements, and maintains enterprise information security strategies, technical architectures and solutions. Implements, investigates, and enforces security policies and procedures that safeguard the integrity of and access to enterprise systems, files, and data, including system security profiles, security incidents and exceptions. Analyzes threats collected from various security tools. Performs security assessments and reviews internally and externally hosted application and infrastructure systems to ensure security compliance. Requires bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Information Security, Cyber Security, or related, plus 60 months of experience as a Security Engineer, Cyber Security Analyst, or related. Above experience must include three years: 1) Incident response (using SIEM, Endpoint Protections, MS Defender, malware analysis, cloud computing), web security using OWASP, threat management using Tenable/Qualys; 2) Developing detection rules using RegEx, SIEM, MS Exchange Transport Rules; 3) Developing automation scripts using PowerShell, PowerAutomate, Python; 4) Coordinating security exercises; and 5) pentesting healthcare provider systems.
