Trillium Staffing is now hiring for a Journeyman Electrician in the Gaylord, MI area!
The ideal candidate must be able to manage and supervise electrical projects from start to finish, oversee complex electrical system designs and installations, ensure all work complies with electrical codes/permits/regulations, lead and mentor Journeyman Electricians and apprentices, handle advanced diagnostics and repairs, work with engineers and contractors on large projects, and perform system inspections and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:
-Valid Master Electrician License
-At least 3-5 years of Journeyman Electrician experience
-In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
-Expertise in electrical design and troubleshooting for complex systems
-Strong leadership and project management skills
-Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-Proficiency with electrical tools, test equipment, and software
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs, may work in confined spaces, and operate in high places
-Ability to stand, kneel, bend, or climb ladders for extended periods
