Job Description: Team members with project management responsibilities are required to oversee projects from inception to completion. This will include application support during the quote stage, continuous monitoring and scheduling after the sale, and maintaining the customer relationship until a project has been completed. Additionally, this role will include secondary responsibilities of customer service – being the first point of contact for our customers and handling all inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with GEM tools, including Emerald
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of material handling equipment
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Project management expertise
Ability to Implement:
- Ability to oversee projects from inception to completion
- Ability to provide application support during the quote stage
- Ability to continuously monitor and schedule projects after the sale
- Ability to maintain customer relationships until project completion
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
