Main duties
- Contributes to the development and implementation of production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel and equipment to accomplish targeted results. Establishes priorities; monitors progress; revises schedules; resolves problems; reports results of the processing flow on shift production summaries; targets required delivery times and budgeted costs.

- Generates positive employee motivation and counsel’s staff on performance and skills, through routine feedback annual reviews, skills and career development planning.

- Contributes to continuous improvement efforts targeted at improving productivity and financial performance.

- Is responsible for enforcing established site policies, communicating related information with the operators on regular basis and monitoring implementation situation in the workshop.
