The Advance Group has partnered with a metal recycling company in Belleville, MI currently seeking motivated Heavy Equipment Operator candidates.
Job Duties for Heavy Equipment Operators include:
- Picking and sorting scrap metal
- Occasional heavy lifting
- Operating a Front End Loader
Requirements of Heavy Equipment Operators:
- Must be able to work independently
- Have a valid drivers’ license
- Prior experience operating a Front End Loader
- Pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
- Available to work multiple shifts
Hours for Heavy Equipment Operators:
- Monday-Thursday 2pm-12am
- Start times fluctuate based on production needs
- Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shift
Compensation for Heavy Equipment Operators:
- $17hr on 1st shift and $17.50hr on 2nd shift
- Pay increase once hired in!
