Job Purpose * Loading of shipments on assigned carriers. * Restocking home and flow rack locations as needed. * Understanding all warehouse functions of shipping. * Pick assigned customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner to insure a high level of quality to the customer. * Support small parcel area to ensure timely, accurate shipments. * Support of processing of all segments of the return possible. * Follow all company safety and equipment operation procedures. * Maintain all 5S boards within the Distribution Center. * Other duties as required. Key Activities * High School Diploma or GED required. * Pallet jack and forklift operation experience is preferred. * Distribution experience is preferred. * Knowledge of SAP preferred. * Warehouse Management functionality and bar-coding technology is preferred. * Qualified candidates must be dependable with good attendance. * Good reading, writing, math and communication skills are required. * Candidate must be detail oriented with strong computer skills and have a record of good job performance. * Strong analytical problem solving, and organizational skills are required. * Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds and stand for long periods of time. * Also requires extensive stooping and bending.
