Position:
Middle School Cheer Coach
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Adheres to all rules, regulations, and policies of the MHSAA and Bullock Creek Board of Education
- Supervision/Instruction at all middle school cheer practices, contests, and team functions
- Demonstrates support for all Bullock Creek programs and works effectively with fellow Bullock Creek staff members
- Acts as an appropriate role model/leader in an educational athletic environment
- Designs and implements training methods and strategies to focus on individual athlete and team/program development in competitive situations
- Is responsive to requests from the Athletic Director/administration in the carrying out of coaching responsibilities
