Job Overview
Treasury Management Operations supports Horizon Bank's cash management services suite offered to our commercial customer base. The Department includes support of Electronic Banking, Cash Management products such as ACH, Positive Pay, Reloadable Cards, Remote Deposit Capture, and Payroll services. Treasury Management is also responsible for merchant card services, custom billing services and our co-branched credit card program. This position's primary focus is on the support of Treasury Management customer service support and setup.
Principal Accountabilities
Provide operational support for daily task related to electronic banking processing. Maintain acumen in other Treasury Management products and services to be able to support as needed for coverage. Represent the Bank to both internal and external customers in a courteous, professional manner in face-to-face, written and telephone communications. Accountable for adherence to all applicable regulations, compliance standards including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), quality of documentation, as well as timeliness and volume of sales and service activity. Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information. Demonstrate Horizon Bank's commitment to the communities we serve through active involvement in local organizations and events.
Duties
Review and log completed applications to ensure timely and accurate processing
Monitor and maintain communication with Sales and Support
Manage equipment orders based on sales requests
Provide support for Treasury Management products and services; escalate requests to Treasury Management team as needed
Stay abreast of all new Treasury Management products and services
Maintain customer profiles and supporting documentation
Communicate with sales advisors regarding applications and setup forms.
Accountable for ensuring adherence to established regulations, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and instructions. Report suspicious transactions or unusual occurrences to supervisor. Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information private and confidential.
Participate in ongoing skill, compliance, risk management and security training as required for the position and apply knowledge in daily tasks
Provide training and guidance for Treasury Management Sale Advisors as directed by department manager

Qualifications & Skills
College degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred with 2 years' experience in treasury management, retail banking or operations or equivalent education and experience.
Must present a professional image and communicate with public, co-workers, management, customers and others in a courteous, positive and professional manner. Must be trustworthy, conscientious, courteous, of stable temperament, self-motivated, highly organized and be accountable for personal conduct, actions and decisions.
Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated attention to detail, with skill in presenting information with diplomacy and tact, effectively responding to customer needs and willing to solicit feedback to improve service.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and a wide range of procedures requiring sound judgment necessary to meet established deadlines. Capability to perform basic mathematical computations using various business machines and/or computers.
Must have proficient typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and On-line banking software applications.
