POSITION STATUS: Non-Union, Full-Time (80 hours biweekly)

SALARY RANGE: Psychiatrist – to be negotiated
Nurse Practitioner: $57.66/hr - - $70.92/hr
POPULATION: Adults
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Positon will complete psychiatric assessments and make treatment recommendations; provide
medication assessment, prescription and reassessment; coordinate services with other Pathways
professional staff, programs or agencies as needed; and collaborate with case managers/therapist/
RN/Physicians in the treatment of adults with a severe mental illness or developmental disability.
The Nurse Practitioner will also work close with an assigned Psychiatrist in providing care.
PSYCHIATRIST QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicant must have graduated from an accredited Medical School and completed a Psychiatric
Residency. Applicants must be State of Michigan Licensed to practice Medicine and be Board Certified in
Psychiatry.
NURES PRACTITIONER QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited school and current valid license to practice as
a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan. Experience working as Nurse Practitioner in the mental health field is
preferred.
