Provide Human Resources generalist support for a global business unit and key functions within the country-based business unit. Provide leadership and support in HR strategy implementation and in the full spectrum of generalist activities such as recruiting, onboarding, training, performance and talent management, organization design, industrial relations, etc. Lead the strategic and tactical activities of people and processes that will provide Human Resource services, direction and direct support to the business unit leadership teams. Lead/Support talent acquisition/recruiting, employee development & retention processes for the business to ensure both employee and organization growth. Support the performance management process, local compensation & benefits, and applicable regulatory compliance processes. Provide Human Resource Management expertise and support to the business, including training/education, leadership development and coaching, change management, organization design and interactive employee communications. Be a proactive and innovative contributor to the organization’s leadership team. Aggressively and continuously seek out opportunities to propose and implement new ideas, processes and programs that contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Drive the global HR initiatives for the Business Unit’s HR organization.
