1. Possess a master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or closely related field; AND either hold FULL licensure in the relevant field from the State of Michigan or obtain full licensure within 90 days of hire.
2. Have a minimum of two (2) years’ full-time post-degree clinical work with adults or children receiving treatment for a serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, mental illness, or intellectual or developmental disability.
3. Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license.
4. Must have reliable transportation that may have to be used to carry out job duties of this classification.
Preferred but not Required
1. Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
2. Individuals in Recovery and individuals with experience in Armed Services valued.
