Swick Home Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Marquette, MI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in-person. Your primary responsibility will be booking service calls and ensuring a well-organized schedule for our field staff. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships by explaining the benefits of our services and addressing any questions they may have.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- Starting wage of $16.00 – $17.00 per hour based upon experience with a 90-day review.
- Full benefits package after 90 days including:

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Manage customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers on services offered.
- Schedule service calls, ensuring an optimized daily schedule.
- Work closely with dispatch and field staff to coordinate service appointments.
- Utilize the latest customer management software to track calls and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure operations run efficiently.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3+ years of experience working in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a high-volume call environment is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well with others.
