As a masonry contractor, we are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher and Bricklayer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in both concrete finishing and bricklaying, contributing to the successful completion of various masonry and construction projects. This role requires expertise in working with concrete and brick to ensure high-quality finishes and structural integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Concrete Finishing:

Pour, finish, and smooth concrete surfaces for foundations, slabs, walkways, curbs, and other structural elements.

Apply various finishing techniques to concrete surfaces, including troweling, broom finishes, and stamped concrete, to meet project specifications.

Ensure the proper setting, curing, and hardening of concrete, taking necessary precautions to prevent cracks and imperfections.

Install reinforcement (rebar, wire mesh) as needed prior to pouring concrete.

Work with tools such as power trowels, screeds, and floats to ensure even and smooth finishes.

Ensure concrete is poured accurately, meeting both strength and aesthetic requirements.

Assist in site preparation and cleanup, ensuring all materials are properly handled.
Bricklaying:

Lay and bond brick, block, and other masonry units to build walls, foundations, columns, and other structures, following blueprints and project specifications.

Cut and shape bricks, stones, and blocks as necessary for precise fitting.

Mix and apply mortar, ensuring proper consistency for bonding bricks and other masonry units.

Use leveling tools to ensure that brickwork is straight and aligned, ensuring structural integrity.

Build and repair brick structures, including load-bearing walls, chimneys, and facades.

Ensure all brickwork meets design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
