Office Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Summary:
Family owned landscaping business of 33 years is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Office Secretary/Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year related experience (with a landscaping company a plus, but not required). This is an opportunity to join a team that truly feels like family! Many of the responsibilities and requirements are listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, reliable and willing to be flexible
- Must have a great personality while answering phones and working with customers
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills are critical to prioritizing tasks and effectively managing time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Must be fluent in typing skills
- Attention to detail and innovative problem solver
- Time management, multitasking and independent once trained
- Be efficient and have tenacity to do your best
- Strategic planner and scheduling skills
