Who We Want
The Marketing and Communications Associate will be responsible for the development, planning, execution of the overall marketing communication strategy for Miller Fabricated Systems, MI Service Group, and Miller Industries Representatives as well as constant marketing efforts for the internal Miller Industries team. Your primary objective will be to create and maintain a consistent brand image, effectively communicate to our target audience, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the marketing and communications specialist to ensure that the marketing communication efforts align with overall goals and objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with all divisions of Miller Industries to identify customer needs.
- Identify target audience segments and create tailored communication strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Maintain and strengthen marketing messages across defined communication channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements.
- Create compelling and engaging marketing content, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, email campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Develop and monitor digital marketing campaigns' performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize their effectiveness.
- Support the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences and provide guidance for key messages and brands.
- Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings or opportunities discovered.
- Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.

What Requirements Are Needed
- · Associates degree preferred in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- · Minimum of 0-12 months in marketing.
- · Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and communication strategies.
