We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various saws and machinery to cut materials according to specifications.
Essential Functions
1. Operate water jet cutting machine to produce precision cut parts according to specifications
2. Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery for optimal performance
3. Inspect finished products for quality control and adjust settings as necessary
4. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate cuts
5. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication
6. Set up the saw machine, making adjustments for each job
7. Set stops or guides to specified lengths
8. Operate the saw machine, keeping an eye out for any defects or issues
9. Use measurement tools to ensure accuracy
