Hours are between 3pm - 11p Thursdays, and 10a-12p on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients (wash, peel, chop, portion).
- Marinate meats and prepare sauces.
- Ensure ingredients are stocked and ready.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, and sanitize surfaces.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic food prep skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
