Swick Home Services is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join their team in Marquette, MI. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to aid in daily operations on job sites.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- Starting wage of $15.00 – $20.00 per hour based upon experience.

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. No weekends! Overtime may be available.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Clean and prepare job sites.
- Cut and patch walls, floors, and ceilings.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes.
- Operate and tend machinery and heavy equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Assist co-workers in other duties.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- High school diploma required.
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50lbs).
- Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Able to adapt quickly.
