Key Responsibilities:
? Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion,
waxing, and other esthetic services.
? Consult with clients to assess skin concerns and recommend personalized treatments and
skincare regimens.
? Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workspace.
? Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, treatments, and products.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
? Manage appointment scheduling, payments, and client records independently.
? Ensure compliance with state licensing and health regulations.
? Obtaining images, video and reviews for marketing tasks
Qualifications:
? Valid Esthetician License in Michigan
? Liability insurance is recommended but not required for 1099.
? Strong customer service and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage your own clientele.
? Experience preferred
