We are looking for a talented and licensed Cosmetologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. As a 1099 contractor, you will provide exceptional beauty services while managing your own business within our space.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide a range of beauty services, including haircuts, coloring, styling, waxing, skincare, and/ or
nail care
? Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
? Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
? Use high-quality products and stay updated on industry trends.
? Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
? Handle appointment scheduling, payments, and client records independently.
? Ensure compliance with state licensing and sanitation regulations.
? Obtaining images, videos and reviews for marketing tasks
Qualifications:
? Valid Cosmetology License in Michigan
? Liability insurance is not required but recommended
? Strong customer service and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage your own clientele.
? Experience preferred but not required.
