ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Kathy Whitburn State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. MI and/or WI Property & Casualty Insurance Licensing is required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in person and on the phone
- Back up Phone Support to the Receptionist
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Conduct client appointments and provide product quotes.
- Process insurance claims and follow-up with clients.
- Proactively provide cost-saving information to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST HAVE MI & WI Property and Casualty Insurance Licensing Required or ability to attain prior to start date.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinking skills and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong keyboard skills and ability to learn software quickly.
