Copper Country Community Mental Health Services seeks a part-time Project Assistant to join their team in Houghton, Michigan.
This part-time position is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys variety in your work as you will help with administrative tasks, project support, and office duties.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- $15.76 – $23.20 per hour based on experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Assist with multiple projects and grants, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Provide reception coverage, answering calls and greeting visitors.
- Handle data entry, typing, filing, and other office duties.
- Use Microsoft software (Word, Excel, email) to help with documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Business a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Someone reliable and flexible with a variable work schedule during the week.
