Basic Qualifications

Sr. Solution Consultant

• 4+ years of HCM domain expertise and preferably experience in cross HCM functions such as HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, recruiting and/or learning

Solution Consultant

• 2+ years of HCM domain expertise and preferably experience in cross HCM functions such as HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, recruiting and/or learning

Other Qualifications

• Experience in government HCM presales, or as a public sector practitioner preferred

• Experience of valued based selling

• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/Software company preferred.

• A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven track record in a Presales / Sales Consulting role

• Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects individually as well as being part of different teams.

• Experience demonstration enterprise software solutions in front of a technical and business audience
