As a Analyst, Logistics, you will be responsible for developing actionable analyses to improve the productivity and efficiency of our operations.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Support customer with respect to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including, but not limited to, reducing backorders and past dues, accurate forecasts, new model launches, recalls and supplier collaboration
Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to create compelling narratives around data insights
Present findings to leadership and operational teams in clear and concise reports, dashboards and visualizations
Utilize customer tools to provide accurate updates related to shipments, forecasts, schedules, etc.
Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions
Maintain databases, extract information and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall performance
Analyze operations, including performance and productivity data and error rates/root causes; review reports to identify operational issues across departments
What youll need to excel:
At a minimum, youll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of experience in transportation or logistics
Itd be great if you also have:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, D ata Science , Business Analytics or a related field
Strong problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis skills and the ability to create queries and solid data mining and development skills
Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Experience in preparing, importing and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases and presentations and converting raw data into usable formats
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau , Power BI or QlikView
Strong problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
