Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboard, reports, and insights primarily using Power BI
- Create and maintain data pipelines and integrations to enhance data accessibility and usability
- Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources
- Work cross-functionally to analyze data, identify trends, and drive smarter decision making
- Assist IT team with analyzing firm-wide data systems to propose and implement improvements
- Continuously learn and apply modern tools and techniques to solve business challenges
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, systems, and procedures
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in technology related field or minimum of one year of professional experience in data analytics
- This is an in-office position based in our Plymouth, MI office. The expected schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Experience with Power BI and Strong data visualization skills
- Understanding of SQL and DAX for data querying and manipulation
- Familiarity with API integrations in Power BI
- Experience with programming languages including Python and PowerShell
- Knowledge of other business intelligence or data analytics tools.?
- Experience with Windows, SharePoint, Teams and Office365
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a self-motivated attitude
- Self-initiative to clarify and verify assignments and to seek help when necessary
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and safety protocols
