The following position will be available in the Baraga Area Schools for the 2024-2025 school year:
JUNIOR HIGH TRACK COACH
Preference will be given to those individuals who posses the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge and understanding of track and its fundamentals;
- An individual who has, by example. demonstrated behavior and leadership in working with track athletes, who possess the enthusiasm and dedication for carrying out the responsibilities of this position, and who puts the safety and welfare of students before the betterment of personal goals and achievements;
- Experience in coaching track will be evaluated;
- Procedures demonstrated to handle locker room supervision and care of equipment will also be considered;
- Must be able to pass a background check.
