SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper for its client in Grand Rapids, MI. This lower-level bookkeeping role is focused on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Data Entry. The position offers 8-10 hours per week, with a remote work option available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and record AR/AP transactions accurately.
- Enter and maintain financial data in accounting software.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic financial reporting.
- Ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, AR/AP, and data entry is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
