Join our team at Kelly Maintenance, a division of DHT Group, as we are seeking an Experienced Service Technician based in Reese, MI. Ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in the petroleum industry. The candidate would be expected to perform outlined duties with little or no supervision upon hire.

Requirements
Service Technician Essential Duties:
- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
- Perform maintenance and provide customer support
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Willingness to be trained on equipment and products
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
Requirements
- Ability to install, repair, service, and test, and troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
- Flexibility to adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:30AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional adaptability required beyond these hours
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of equipment needed for the job
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, to include bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces
- Driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- (some requirements may only be met after on the job training is received)
