Job Details

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Presser to join our T-shirt printing company. This role involves operating heat press machines, and other printing machinery to produce high-quality custom apparel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heat press, and direct-to-garment (DTG) machines to apply designs to T-shirts and other apparel.
• Ensure proper alignment and placement of designs on garments.
• Set up and adjust printing machines for different orders and fabric types.
• Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring accurate colors, placements, and finishes.
• Maintain and clean printing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow production schedules and complete orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels of blank T-shirts, transfer sheets, and ink supplies.
• Assist with packaging and organizing printed garments for customer orders.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in T-shirt printing, screen printing, or heat press operation is preferred but not required (training can be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills.
