The Kitchen Manager will oversee our kitchen operations and ensure every meal is served with quality and care. WHAT WE OFFER.
- $20.00 – $30.00 per hour starting wage based on your experience.
- Paid time off.
- Full-time position generally working Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 9am-6pm or 1pm-10pm; Friday and Saturday 9am-7pm or 2pm-11pm. Flexibility required based on kitchen needs.
- Relocation assistance, if needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Lead the Kitchen Team – Ensure all kitchen staff are performing their duties efficiently and consistently.
- Deliver Quality Food – Oversee food prep and ensure every dish meets our high standards.
- Keep Things Clean & Safe – Maintain a spotless, well-organized kitchen that meets health and safety regulations.
- Manage Inventory & Ordering – Keep ingredients stocked, minimize waste, and place timely food orders.
- Support Daily Operations – Coordinate with prep staff, manage portion sizes, and maintain smooth ticket times.
- Open & Close the Kitchen – Oversee daily setup and shutdown to keep everything running smoothly.
- Monitor Equipment & Staffing – Ensure proper staffing levels and handle kitchen maintenance needs.
- Stay Budget-Conscious – Help manage costs and work toward financial targets.
- Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with the team and contribute to productive meetings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- 2+ years of kitchen/cooking experience (culinary training a plus).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with an ability to coach and mentor others.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relative to a kitchen environment.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality—consistently showing up on time for scheduled shifts.
