Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Master’s degree in health services management (MHA or MPH) or business administration (MBA) or equivalent degree is required.
- Leadership experience in physician practice management across multiple sites and specialties with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant/transferrable experience.
- Detailed knowledge of physician practice management systems with the ability to quickly analyze and identify opportunities for operational and financial optimization and efficiency.
- Proven leadership skills in training/mentoring employees; demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Track record of developing productive relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Practice site and ancillary ambulatory operations consolidation and/or merger and acquisition experience preferred.
- Value and build collaborative culture and spirit, empowering others to take action and proactively resolving conflict.
- Focus on the needs of patients and continuously strive toward improvement. Set and achieve high standards of performance. Continuously serve as a role model for others.
