About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional support. Your role will include:
?? Managing incoming customer requests via phone, fax, and email
?? Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries per customer schedules (within 24 hours of receipt)
?? Providing timely and proactive updates to customers (within 24 hours of inquiry)
?? Handling emergency shipments as needed
What We're Looking For:
? Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing
? Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
? Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask efficiently
? A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
? High school diploma or equivalent required
