As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of our agency, ensuring outstanding client experience.
This position is part-time with the potential of expanding to full-time.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task required. Should be proficient in using office equipment including phone systems and computer software.
Additional Duties
Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Professionally handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or taking accurate messages as needed.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the agent, ensuring efficient time management.
Assist clients with general inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
Efficiently process incoming and outgoing mail, process payments and keep activity logs on our database.
Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, to contribute to the smooth operation of the agency.
