Title: Sales Account Manager – Indoor Environmental Solutions
Location: Detroit, Michigan
Position Description:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing client relationships and closing sales for high end air flow control systems and indoor environmental quality systems in commercial, higher education and government facilities.
We sell integrated indoor environmental quality solutions to hospitals, universities, research laboratories and government entities to reduce energy and operational costs and improve infection control.
Our engineering solutions and Synergy system results in significantly higher indoor air quality. Unlike the competition the integration of our solutions consistently provides a ROI in excess of 20%.

Requirement Preferences:
- BS/BA Degree from accredited college (Technical degree preferred).
- U.S. Military/GSA or other government sales experience is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of air movement, air handling control products and services with significant strengths in consultative selling.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong communication and presentation ability.
- Personal computer utilization experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a CRM system.
