POSITION: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Production Associate
LOCATION: Jackson, MI
COMPENSATION: Starting at $17.50 per hour– WEEKLY PAY! Shift Premium!
UPON HIRE PAY SCALE:
- Increased to $18.50-$19.00 upon hire as direct employee.
- 6 months after hire increased again to $19.50-$20.00.
- 1 year after hire increased again to $20.50-$21.00.
SCHEDULE:
-
1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday is possible if the customer demands. If overtime is required, you may have to stay an additional two hours.

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm Monday to Friday. Saturday is possible if the customer demands. If overtime is required, you may have to stay two hours later.

3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am Sunday to Thursday. Saturday is possible if the customer demands. If overtime is required, you may have to come two hours prior to shift start.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Machine operation processing parts for automotive industry. Responsible for the operation of various assembly machines, assembling, loading, and moving materials within the work area, while ensuring quality and production requirements are met.

SKILLS:
- Previous manufacturing experience (at least 6 months) is preferred not required.
- Ability to lift 50 LBS consistently for a full shift.
