Job Details

Implement and improve manufacturing methods and processes through daily monitoring;
Ensure high yield and productivity in the designated electrode process;
Investigate and troubleshoot equipment/manufacturing/facility problems;
Defined product improvement plans to minimize defects and increase productivity; 
Optimize EV battery production yield by FMEA analysis;
Analyze and study the client company's electric vehicle prototypes for the commercial application of lithium-ion battery module products;
Analyze production data to indicate efficiency and production cost; and
Implement trial runs and coordinate system configurations as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology is required.
