As an Accountant I, you will: * You will serve and support the Technical Support Manager and Office Manager in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. * Machine Inventory, Reconcile Machine GL, Submit Machines to FA, File UCC * Handle all Automation AR & AP Invoice inquiries. * Review and track all Misc. Invoice submissions: * Manage machine contracts * Assist with Avetta compliance * Assist with Service Scheduling This is a Full-Time opportunity. Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM The ideal candidate will have: * Associate's degree in accounting is preferred. * 5+ years of accounting and administrative support, customer service, sales support, preferably in the manufacturing environment. * Strong accounting, interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated successful track record of effective problem-solving. * Possess strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions * Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time. * Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
