Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for cutting-edge software and hardware solutions.
• Offer expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members while delivering exceptional service to both employees and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime.
• Lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on the latest industry advancements.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotational schedule.

Position Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for degrees in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer processing/application or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience with network operating systems (LAN/WAN), data, and voice communications.
• Over 5 years of experience in network design and implementation, covering LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• A minimum of 3 years of expertise with SD-WAN technology.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Cisco security tools such as Cisco Umbrella and Cisco ISE.
• 1+ years of experience in Cloud Networking, specifically with AWS or Azure.
• Professional certifications like CCNP or CCIE are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with systems including:
  • DNS
  • LAN/WAN infrastructure
  • Security appliances (Firewalls, VPN, WAF, Load Balancers)
  • DHCP
  • TCP/IP Routing
  • Microsoft Azure Networking
  • MS Teams Telephony
