Performance Driven Workforce is currently seeking Full Time General Laborers for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier in Livonia, MI. AM Day shift plus possible overtime. Full Time General Laborers will perform a variety of tasks. Candidates meeting requirements for this?Full Time General Labor position are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks and support team members during jobs.
- Identify any hazards as observed for the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Communicate issues with leadership.
- Perform shop clean-up and other duties as assigned.
Shift:
- AM Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday, plus Overtime as needed)
- Must be available to work overtime+ weekends as needed.

Requirements of General Laborers:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime and some weekends
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions to ensure part conformity
- Ability to consistently follow strict policies and safety guidelines
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure quality standards are met
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated skill with small hand tools (drills, sanders, grinders)
- Basic computer and math skills
- 1 year of experience working in a shop environment or equivalent military experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience operating a hi-lo
