Position Overview:
The Senior IT Endpoint Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring optimal end-user experiences by maintaining and supporting IT solutions across the enterprise. This position involves assisting with the management, configuration, and administration of mobile devices, applications, and desktop/laptop environments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise in Microsoft, Android, and Apple iOS technologies
- Proficiency in endpoint technology design and strategy
- Experience with SOTI Mobicontrol, Azure Active Directory, and Intune Group Policy
- Familiarity with enterprise deployment systems such as Microsoft Intune and SOTI Mobicontrol
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft OS, Android, Apple iOS, SOTI, Azure, and Azure Intune
- Background in wireless and cellular device management, packaging, build creation, validation, PowerShell, and endpoint security
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), with ITIL V3 certification being a plus
